Comprehensive Curriculum
  • Intensive immersion covering the practice, theory & philosophy and teaching of Hatha Yoga.

Practice
  • Traditional Hatha Yoga practices: asanas, pranayama, meditation, and kriyas.

  • Daily 90-minute intermediate traditional Hatha Yoga Sequence practice in the morning.

  • Yoga Nidra, meditation and pranayama classes every day.

  • 3 Aqua Yoga classes

  • 3- 4 hours workshop on alignment and modifications, prop usage, etc. every day. 

  • Weekly shatkarma cleanses

  • Wind down with restorative practices.
