Classes are Hatha Yoga based, suiting all levels. We cater to any form of daily discomfort or chronic issues to maintain healthy well-being.

1-on-1 Private Sessions

Private classes with Yashaswini. These require an initial assessment before beginning. Ideal for chronic illness, including diagnosis and integration of healing modalities. Combination of Yoga, Acupuncture and Yoga Nidra for disease management
